K-4 Nuclear missile

    Today in this article you will get to know about India's prestigious missile(that is k-4 Nuclear missile).

• -Nov2019 India is going to set its record for a nuclear missile test.
• K- 4  Nuclear missile is an important missile required so far for  India which is developed by 'DRDO'.
• The idea is that India is having a Nuclear powered submarine (that is INS Arihant). with using of this submarine they are planning to deploy the missile in this submarine. and going to be launched from underwater.
  

• India is planning to test-fire the (3500km strike range k-4  nuclear missile from an underwater platform off the coast of Andhra Pradesh.
• Till date (9-11-2019) has not yet done completely. And which is expected to be completed soon.

The government clarified that the test-firing of the K-4 would be done from an underwater pontoon, as the missile is still being tested and launch from a submarine would only be done once it is ready for deployment from an (INS ARIHANT SUBMARINE).

• INS Arihant was launched in 2009 and after extensive sea trials. It was confirmed to be commissioned in August 2016.
• It is Nuclear powered submarine.
• It is hard to detect by the enemy.
• The submarine has four launch tubes in their hump and can carry up to twelve (K-15 Sagarika missile with one warhead each, and with a range of 750km) Or four K-4 missile (with a range of 3500 km).
  

In the upcoming years, there are more yet to develop missile.
